Symmetree bars will last 1 year in the fridge and 6 months in room temperature. We recommend refrigeration until consumption and keeping them out of direct sunlight.
Nope! You can absolutely take our bars on a long camping trip or keep them in a gym bag without refrigerating them. However, our Bars are made from real food and we do not use any chemical preservatives or fillers. This is why we recommend refrigeration storage to naturally preserve the bars for a longer period of time. You can freeze the bars as well; however, extended storage longer than about 12 months in the freezer may cause freezer burn.
YES! We understand that many people today are intolerant to many of the above things. So we kept them all out and still managed to create these delicious marvels.
